A little about Leslie:
Leslie understands how it can be a struggle to keep you body healthy. In her late teens, she was carrying an extra 30 pounds. It was through trial and error, extensive reading about nutrition and lifestyle and prioritizing athletic activity within her daily routine that has she been able to achieve a lean, healthy and strong body. She feels better in her 40s than she did in her 20s. Leslie-a 9 time Ironman triathlon racer and passionate foodie-graduated from the prestigious Culinary Insitute of America. Her credentials include; catering company owner, raw foods chef, pastry chef, specialty foods buyer, culinary school instructor, wine list award winner and restaurant owner. She has learned through trial and error what delicious foods work to make you feel great and look your best. As Leslie says, you have a responsibility to your body-the only asset that you are born with! Be nice to your body, it’s the only one you’ve got! Unhealthy temptations permeate our everyday lifestyle—short term “feel good” fixes that ultimately cause a lot of damage, disease and unhappiness in the long run.
