Basic Quinoa
Make this quinoa. And make lots of it at one time. One of the biggest complaints about "Eating Healthy" is that people are pressed for time. We will cook a few cups of it on a weekend day and then fish out portions for a quick snack or meal. The possibilities of what you can do with it are endless! Spoon an extra cup onto a salad for extra amino acids and a toothsome bite! Add Dried Fruit, Nuts, Chopped Herbs and Vegetables for a better than pasta Salad.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Organic Quinoa
- 1 tsp Cold Pressed Oil
- 2 Cups Water or Vegetable Stock
- ½ tsp salt
Prepartion
- Heat Oven to 350 degrees
- In an ovenproof pot, heat oil for 1 minute.
- Add quinoa and stir to coat—about 30 seconds. Add stock and salt and bring to boil.
- Cover and place in oven for 15-20 minutes
