Ingredients
- 8 oz Orange Juice, preferably freshly squeezed
- 4 oz (1/4 C) Vanilla Soy milk
- 4 oz (1/4 C) Yogurt (Plain or Vanilla Soy or Dairy)
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large handfull of ice cubes
Method
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
