I use raw nuts (instead of roasted) for more nutrients, dried fruit, a little bit of carob chips, and a shake of sea salt Goji Berries are off the charts for antioxidants! This is only a guideline; almost any fruit, nut and/or seed combination can work.

• Sunflower Seeds
• Goji Berries
• Raisins
• Dates, chopped
• Raw Carob Chips
• Pinch of Sea Salt

Note
Omit Carob Chips if you want a truly raw trail mix!
