Miso-Honey Glaze
Here is a tasty chicken or salmon glaze. Or thin it slightly with more Apple Cider Vinegar for an Asian Slaw dressing. It will keep in your refrigerator indefinitely.

Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Raw Honey
- 1/2 Cup Organic Miso (red or brown work the best)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp (or to taste) Siracha or Spicy Chile Sauce
- 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Method
Combine above ingredients. Brush onto cooked chicken or fish with it and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds for a crunch!
