Miso-Honey Glaze

Here is a tasty chicken or salmon glaze. Or thin it slightly with more Apple Cider Vinegar for an Asian Slaw dressing. It will keep in your refrigerator indefinitely.

Servings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Raw Honey
  • 1/2 cup Organic miso (red or brown work the best)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Siracha or Spicy chili sauce To taste
  • 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

Combine above ingredients. Brush onto cooked chicken or fish with it and sprinkle with white and black sesame seeds for a crunch!
