Our Eating Healthy Plans emphasize eating healthy, real unprocessed foods. This is not a "magic pill" diet, but a lifestyle. Our goal is to provide you with recipes and meal plans that mix "gourmet healthy" with quick, tasty and nutritious preparations. You must strike a balance with "eating to exist" and "eating to enjoy".

Every Sunday we will email you a custom eating healthy plan for the week tailored for you and your activity level.  All recipes are developed by FoodsenseNow! and highlight seasonal and local specialties.  For example, you might see berries, melons and grilled items in the summer, citrus and asparagus in the spring, and root vegetables and heartier preparations in the winter.

All Eating Healthy Plans include the following:

  • Tips on how to adjust when you are pressed for time
